The public realm connects squares, paths, and green spaces into an open structure. A central square with a café, restaurant, and retail spaces forms the heart of the site. From here, the north–south corridor extends as a continuous axis towards Münchwilen and the Rhine. Tree-rich meadow islands, shaded cross-axes, and green access streets create seamless transitions into the surrounding landscape.

The public realm is defined by a clear sequence of different open spaces, from the arrival square with its bus stop, through the landscaped central space, to the linear park in the east. A pavilion with a café forms the heart of the site, activating the central square, while large tree canopies create shaded spaces for gathering and staying. The north–south corridor crosses the site, connecting it to Münchwilen and the Rhine.

The open space is defined by a central east–west green axis that runs through the site, with groups of trees repeatedly opening up views towards the landscape. The arrival square with the bus stop marks the entrance, while the building entrances are located along both sides of the axis. At the centre, the north–south corridor intersects the green axis, creating the most vibrant focal point of the development. Trees along the entire axis provide shade and enhance the quality of the spaces, while the landscaped access streets lead towards the linear park.
